Cancellation policy

This policy explains how Drive Perfumes subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save") work. Subscriptions are sold by PODRAN LLC dba Drive Perfumes.

How it works

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. We charge the payment method you used at checkout and ship a new order on the schedule you picked.
Delivery schedule: you choose how often you receive an order when you subscribe (every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months, depending on the pack). You can change it at any time.
Price: you save 10% on every subscription order compared with the one-time price of the same pack. Each renewal is charged at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax. Standard shipping within the US is free.
No commitment: there is no minimum number of orders.

Skip, change or cancel

You can skip an order, change your delivery schedule or cancel your subscription online at any time:

Log in to your account at driveperfumes.com/account with the email you used to order.
Open Subscriptions and select your subscription.
Choose Skip, edit your schedule, or choose Cancel subscription.

You can also cancel by emailing hello@driveperfumes.com. Cancellation takes effect right away: no further orders will be charged or shipped. To stop an upcoming renewal, cancel or skip before its charge date, which is shown in your account and in your reminder emails.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we'll email you at least 7 days before the new price is charged, so you have time to cancel or change your subscription.

Reminders

After you subscribe we send a confirmation email with your subscription terms and how to cancel. We also email you a reminder of your subscription terms at least once a year.

Refunds

Subscription orders are covered by our Refund Policy, the same as one-time orders. If you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, email us within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
