Drive products are designed to elevate the in-car experience through premium fragrance. By purchasing our products, you agree to use them as intended.

Our hanging car perfumes are not for ingestion and should be used only in accordance with provided instructions. We are not responsible for misuse or improper handling of our products.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping timelines may vary depending on product type and customization.

Standard products: typically ship promptly
Custom orders: may require additional production time

Drive is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors once the order has been shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@driveperfumes.com, and we will make it right.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-branded products require approval of final designs prior to production. Once approved, orders are final and non-refundable.

Minimum order quantities and production timelines apply to custom work.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, product designs, text, and visuals, is the property of Drive Perfumes and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Drive Perfumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
