Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.

Custom or large orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated in advance.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are handled by the shipping carrier.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.


Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Drive Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Events outside our control

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Drive Perfumes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@driveperfumes.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We offer international shipping. Delivery times and rates vary by destination.
