Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of every Drive product. Due to the nature of fragrance, our return policy is designed to ensure product integrity for all customers.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product is unused and in resellable condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened and sealed
  • Packaging must be intact, undamaged, and in original condition
  • The product must be unused and as new

We do not accept returns on opened products.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items with damaged or broken packaging
  • Unsealed products
  • Custom or personalized orders

Return Requests

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@driveperfumes.com with your order details.

If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@driveperfumes.com, within a reasonable timeframe. We’ll make it right.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
